Jonnit is in the sea cave watching Adriane’s service when the rain starts to flood lower Nordia. Panic sets in and many of the worshipers in the Slain Church’s evening ceremony are elderly. It is up to Jonnit and Adriane to help people cross the bridge and reach Upper Nordia, before the floodwaters claim the entire congregation.
