I just don’t like the ‘dog whisperer’
Also, wasn’t Avaa (don’t remember how her name is spelled) the one putting those marks on Tamlin which would have made him magically enslaved or something? she is full of shit about wanting whats best for him if so. specifically about how she can’t explain why she supposedly ‘has’ to work for the empire. if there is someone the empire would hurt if she left the crew could probably be convinced to sweep them out of imperial control so she could stop working for them. It just seems like she doesn’t want to explain herself because she either doesn’t have a good reason or is just lying.
I’m sure she was bringing something good up about that ritual or something, but she has to realize that anyone in her charge is at the mercy of the Emperor. all that would have to happen is for the emperor to have someone else take over his training and there goes her being his teacher.
sorry, didn’t mean to cuss. I’m sorry, it just seems like she hasn’t even thought about how things are gonna go down. How can she claim she can keep him safe, when the empire has control over her. What would she do if Vader came and demanded she let another train Tamlin? What could she do? The Crew isn’t the best I’m sure every realizes that, but at least they aren’t working for the Dark Lord of the Sith! She is delusional if she thinks she can keep him from the Darkside from within its very bosom!
I want you all to know I’m thinking of them all as their own character. I know Kat has totally thought loads about everything. Keep up the good work!
just read the wiki. Is it because if she left the Empire would start bothering Dathomir?
Good episode!
Seemed like there was a little tension with Tryst’s actions, but it seemed right in line with his character. After all the baddies weren’t gonna really forgive him anyway. May as well fan the flames! I liked it and thought it was fun stuff.
The Bacta and Ava argument was pretty good too. There might be some flaws to each others thinking, but they are both responding impassioned in the moment. Made fro great entertainment, and showed each character’s desires.
