A young woman travels from Japan to Singapore with a mysterious purpose. It is not longe after she reaches these is unfamiliar port that trouble finds her and her automaton companion.

    A young female royal with a slightly neurotic, overprotective robot and a short, smart-alecky robot who get mixed up with a hotshot pilot in a breaking down ship.

    This sounds strangely familiar, just can’t put my finger on it.

    In all seriousness, a fantastic first episode to what is sure to be another great session. The trunk-automaton though had me more thinking of Terry Pratchett’s The Luggage than R2D2.

    I don’t think it was said very often during the session, but I actually did name the trunk “Nimotsu,” which is a straight-up translation for “luggage.”

    Any references to Star Wars are unintentional but, frankly, not surprising. 🙂
