Our Game Masters

James D’Amato, the world’s foremost Kobold advocate, moved to Chicago in 2010 to train at Second City and iO in the art of improvisational comedy. He now uses that education to introduce new people to role-playing, and teach die-hard Grognards new tricks.

James spends his days reading comics, designing new games, and excitedly babbling about stories with his best friend.

He once helped get this comics shop off the ground. Find him on Reddit and Twitter.

Kat Kuhl is a living spell cast by the Urwitch to summon beautiful stories into this world. She possesses the intellect of any three men of genius, a comprehensive knowledge of all things that never were, and eyes of a deeply hypnotic quality that strike fear into the hearts of the wicked.

She was once the D&D consultant for this play. Find her on InstagramTumblrTwitter.

Meghan Dornbrock knows that books are true magic, and has a weak spot for storytelling rogue-kings. An artist, animator, and all-around games enthusiast, she’s fascinated by the many different ways there are to tell a good story and is eager to see what’ll come next. Eventually she will die on Mars, but currently she lives in the uncool part of Brooklyn.

One time she made her brother hold a frog and he hasn’t really gotten over it.

You can find Meghan on twitter, tumblr, and YouTube, if you’re into that.

Alex Roberts is a giggling cutie who wants role-playing to be safe, healthy, and fun. She play tests, runs, and promotes live-action and tabletop games from her impenetrable ice spire in the frozen wastelands of Canada.

In a previous life she made and wrote about video games. At the moment, she is probably reading a very cute comic book.

Follow her on Twitter and Google+ for keen insight and too much cussing.
